These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Quality Garage Door Services ("we," "our," or "us"). By requesting or receiving service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Estimates & Diagnostics
We provide on-site estimates and diagnostics for garage door and commercial door service. Estimates are based on our assessment at the time of the visit and are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the course of work. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. Scheduling is subject to availability, weather, and emergency calls. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We understand plans change and will work with you to find a better time.
4. Warranty
We stand behind our work. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service performed and the parts or products installed. Manufacturer warranties apply to products where applicable. Specific warranty details are provided at the time of service. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications by others.
5. Payment
Payment is expected upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept common forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
6. Liability Limitations
Quality Garage Door Services is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or damage caused by factors outside of our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We carry insurance for your protection.
7. Property Access
By scheduling service, you authorize our technicians to access the areas necessary to complete the requested work. Please ensure the work area is accessible and clear of obstructions.
